Rainy Day Crockpot Stuffed Peppers Recipe

Here’s a pretty easy recipe for a easy frugal family meal staple – old-fashioned Crockpot Stuffed Peppers.

We’ve had a fair amount of rain this year in New England, much of it falling on weekends!  On those types of days I like to stay home and cook up a “storm.”
